Nordens first Bernedoodle-litter!
We are proud to announce that in the summer of 2019 we have the first born Bernedoodle litter on our Bestcoast Kennel.

Our goal with Bernedoodle breeding is to come as far as we have reach with Labradoodle. More specific, we are working against the goal to have multigeneration in the future. We are unique when it comes to achive multigeneration, while many other kennels continue to only work for first generation breeds.
About Bernedoodle
Bernedoodle is a cross between Berner Sennen and Pudel. American Bernedoodle is a cross between the Berner Sennen / Bernedoodle and Original Labradoodle. Bernedoodle was made in 2003 for the first time just to become the perfect companion and family dog.
Bernedoodle has the Poodle’s intelligence and the Berner’s loyalty. A Bernedoodle is sweet, loving, calm and intelligent. It is available in several different hair layers and many different colors just like Labradoodle.
Every individual is unique and ready to go next to you, no matter what you feel. They are amazing family dogs with a devoted heart.
We breed for healthy and healthy dogs with great mentality!
Their main purpose is simply to be loved and fit for everyone, whether you are a pensioner, have a child or are alone.
Bernedoodle fits everyone! They are soft and compliant with everything and everyone.
There are many similarities between Labradoodle and Bernedoodle. We personally think that Bernedoodle is a quieter dog more generally.
Bernedoodle does not shed and is hypoallergenic.
They are like Labradoodle bred to be your / your best friend who accompanies you everywhere. I am happy to hang out on all the activities, but do not require training such as a pre-bred mill or hunting dog. They may as well lie on the couch and cuddle like taking a long walk in the woods or exercising.
There are three Bernedoodle sizes: Standard, Mini and Tiny.
The standard has a size of about 58 cm – 73 cm and is usually a mixture of the Bernese Mountain and Standard Poodle / King Poodle.
The mini has a size of about 45 cm – 57 cm and is often a mixture of a dwarf / middle poodle and the Bernese Sennen.
Tiny Bernedoodle has a size of about 30 cm – 44 cm and is often an intersection of Toy Poodle and Mini Bernedoodle.
The sizes also vary because American Labradoodle also has different sizes that help to standardize the three different sizes of Bernedoodle.
Exercise requirements are moderate with these companions. When they are only bred for companionship, it is enough with a walk or a little activity a day.
They love attention and are very easy to train. It is important to start training as soon as possible with everyday listening or other trainers if this is the purpose of your new family member.
